our team. We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service
Supervisor in our Mountaintop, PA location. Summary: The Customer
Service Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the
Contract Fulfillment team, which process all orders by utilizing
internal systems. The OES will also ensure the team provide
excellent customer service, while maintaining positive working
relationships with external customers and internal associates.
Responsibilities/Principal Duties: Primary point of expediting and
escalation requests First stop for process and procedure questions
and issues Drive expansion of proactive selling and alternates
program Work with Manager and other departments to solve problems
and improve efficiency Identify and drive improvements to systems
and processes to enhance customer experience Assist with
maintaining accurate time and attendance records Qualified
candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and customer service
Ability to travel between Mountaintop (PA), Goodyear (AZ) and Troy
(Ohio) facilities as well as customer events and customer offices
as required Minimum 5 years experience in a construction product
related industry or 3 years minimum sales/marketing experience
preferred Rolling steel and sectional door experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
preferred Basic knowledge of Cornell/Cookson product line and
knowledge of WebGen/Frontier (ERP system), AS400, CRM, Work, Excel
and Outlook preferred Collaboration with customers Ability to
analyze complex problems, create solutions and make sound decisions
& plans, referral to manager is available We offer a competitive
