Business Development Executive - Commercial Construction Join
The Team Out Client is one of the leading Commercial General
Contractors in the Philly area and they are seeking to add a
motivated Business Development Executive to the team! If you
possess an outstanding work ethic, are numbers motivated,
relationship driven and strive for company/self-growth, you are
encouraged to apply today! What You’ll Do Research markets, trends,
and competitors to uncover growth opportunities. Prospect and
qualify clients through cold calls, networking, and research. Build
and maintain strong client relationships as their primary contact.
Collaborate on compelling proposals that highlight our
capabilities. Develop strategies to expand market presence and
explore partnerships. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in business,
marketing, or related field. Proven experience in business
development management (ideally 10 years with a Commercial General
Contractor, Management Firm or Large Real Estate Developer). Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Data-driven mindset with a
knack for market analysis. Goal-focused with a passion for

structure starts at 1% per $10M of business brought in and
continues to go up as goals are surpassed (that’s an extra $100K
per year at $10M!). Base comp is negotiable and will be determined
