Job Description:
Duties--- You will provide Command planning, budgeting and
workforce shaping across the technical and business domains.--- You
will be responsible for workload planning and assessment, including
Strategic Planning and Corporate Business Planning.--- You will
develop both technical and business operations budget and
investment portfolios balancing competing priorities across all
Departments.--- You will oversee the Division's hiring plan and
workforce development plan.--- You will establish and enforce
policies and guidelines for corporate operations, directing
division business initiatives.--- You will direct strategic and
tactical planning including manpower, workload, funding,
facilities, and new initiatives and assess the accomplishment and
goals for the organization.--- You will provide advice and guidance
to the Commanding Officer, Division Technical Director, Deputy
Division Technical Director, Warfare Center HQ, NAVSEA and others
on a wide variety of programmatic, financial, personnel and
organizational topicsRequirements Conditions of Employment--- Must

to corporate operations, technical competency and workforce
