team. Job Details Job Overview: Provide supportive counseling and
guidance to older adults and alleged abusers/family caregivers Help
resolve family/caregiver conflict, connect them with resources, and
educate on legal rights and elder justice issues Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home or remote assessments and ongoing support for
at-risk older adults and their caregivers Coordinate with JASA
legal and protective services to ensure elder safety and well-being
Document interventions, complete case notes, and maintain accurate
