Requirements: What we are looking for: Outgoing, friendly, and professional Excellent communication and hospitality skills Comfortable using computers and scheduling software Great at multitasking and staying organized Detail-oriented and dependable Customer service or hospitality experience preferred Sales experience is a plus Bilingual is a bonus (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.), but not required What this position is NOT: This is not a receptionist position This is not a full-time position This is not a seasonal or short-term position Schedule Requirements Minimum of 3 shifts per week : At least 2 weekday afternoon/evening shifts (3:30–8:30 PM) AND 1 weekend shift – Saturday AM Shift (8:30 AM–1:30 PM), Saturday Mid Shift (1:00 PM –4:30 PM), OR Sunday (8:30 AM–1:30 PM) What You’ll Do Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude Communicate effectively with families and children Build strong relationships—learn names, show you care Answer phones, give tours, and explain swim programs Enroll students and manage class schedules using our system Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism Maintain a clean, friendly, and safe front desk and lobby Smile and have fun while making a difference! Job Type: Part Time Schedule: Weekend availability Monday to Friday Work location: On-site
