Specialist Job Description Join a dynamic biopharmaceutical site
dedicated to supporting Clinical Ancillary Management (CAM) by
providing storage and order fulfillment for commercial
pharmaceutical products. Our facilities are equipped to handle both
cold chain and ambient processing, ensuring the highest standards
of quality and compliance. Responsibilities Lead TSA Audits every
three years and for cause. Serve as the TSA Principal Security
Officer, collaborating with TSA personnel, managing shipping
documents, and facilitating TSA agent walkthroughs. Manage IACMS
and KSMS systems to maintain current TSA-approved drivers and
recognized shippers. Train new hires and provide refresher training
on TSA Compliance. Initiate TSA Background Checks for new
employees. Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business
needs. Essential Skills Proficiency in quality assurance and
quality control. Experience with data review, GMP (Good
Manufacturing Practices), and auditing. Familiarity with TSA
(Transportation Security Administration) regulations. Experience in
batch record, SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), CAPA (Corrective
and Preventive Actions), investigation, and document control.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is required,
preferably with a technical or life sciences focus. Statistics is
preferable. 3 years of experience in TSA compliance is preferred.
Extensive knowledge and application of GMP within pharmaceutical
quality systems. Strong technical writing and authorship skills.
Ability to review reports and effectively express Quality risk
management risks. Work Environment The work environment is a
multi-product and multi-client biopharmaceutical site. The facility
supports products that require cold chain and ambient processing,
ensuring a high standard of compliance and quality. Team members
are expected to adhere to GMP environment SOPs and policies,
contributing to a collaborative and detail-oriented atmosphere. Job
Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of
Swedesboro, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$27.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits
