Job Description:
Pure Power Engineering, a pioneering force in the solar power
sector, is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Developer to enhance
our market position and achieve financial growth in renewable
energy solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of project
development, industry trends, and customer needs within the energy
sector. The successful candidate will be pivotal in identifying new
business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, and
maintaining extensive knowledge of market conditions. Develop and
execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our
customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer
relationships. Partner with customers to understand their business
needs and objectives. Effectively communicate the value proposition
through proposals and presentations. Negotiate contract terms with
clients and communicate terms to stakeholders. Collaborate with the
engineering team to ensure client project requirements are met.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware
of new products and competition status. Prepare reports on account
status and provide feedback to the upper management. Proven ability
to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong understanding
of the solar power market and its future trends. Excellent
mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. Strong business
sense and industry expertise in renewable energy. Exceptional
negotiation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Highly skilled in stakeholder management and project management.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Certified Energy Manager (CEM) preferred. PMP certification is
a plus.
