advancement. Customer Service / Sales Representative
Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for customers,
addressing inquiries about billing, plan changes, technical issues,
and general account information. Identify customer needs to
recommend suitable solutions, including the latest services,
devices, and special offers. Develop and maintain comprehensive
knowledge of wireless plans, promotions, and devices to effectively
advise customers. Work with internal teams to resolve customer
issues quickly and professionally, focusing on customer
satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records of customer
interactions, sales activities, and service details within CRM
systems. Attend team meetings and training sessions with fellow
Customer Service / Sales Representatives to remain up-to-date on
new products and service enhancements.
