Job Description:
This role typically requires 5-10 years of proven construction
industry sales experience, strong technical acumen in design-build
processes, and involves regional travel to grow client pipelines.

distribution centers, cold storage, data centers, life sciences,
and multi?family facilities-combining integrated design and
construction expertise with a reputation as one the nation's top
contractors. Description Identify and develop relationships with
industry professionals to generate new business opportunities in
the self-storage market Research and analyze key economic factors
that may influence market activity within specific niche markets or
geographic areas Attend trade shows to stay aware of market
conditions, competition, and establish relationships with existing
clients and prospects Help develop and manage the execution of the
sales process Establish profitable relationships with decision
makers at companies and organizations Profile Strategic and
relationship-driven leader who deeply understands the design-build
construction model and the industries our client serves-such as
industrial, cold storage, and life sciences. They consistently
drive growth by identifying high-value project opportunities,
building lasting partnerships with developers and decision-makers,
and seamlessly aligning client needs with our clients' integrated
project delivery approach, resulting in long-term repeat business
