environment. Key Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:
Promote and sell internet and wireless services through customer
engagement. Understand customer service needs and concerns through
active listening and insightful questioning. Develop and present
customized sales solutions, clearly explaining product benefits to
customers. Enhance professional growth by attending training
sessions to improve sales skills as a Frontier Sales Representative
and pursue advancement opportunities within the company. Resolve
customer issues efficiently and effectively. Build strong customer
relationships using various sales techniques and generate
referrals. Qualifications for Sales Representative: High School
Diploma/GED or equivalent (required) Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business or a related field is advantageous 1 year of
customer service and/or sales experience (highly preferred) Passion
for helping people and hitting sales goals Willingness to work on a
flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
