Job Description:

seeking a remote regional sales role for the New England area?
Client Details Our Client is a leader in the production and supply
of oleochemicals-chemicals derived from natural fats and oils.
Their products are used in a variety of industries, including
personal care, food, pharmaceutical, household products,
lubricants, and industrial applications. The company focuses on
sustainable, bio-based solutions and emphasizes environmental
responsibility, innovation, and quality in its operations.
Description Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and grow new
opportunities and new customers within assigned sales territory.
Grow overall sales in the assigned territory. Use CRM, sales
forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sales and
profitability of products, lines, or services. As well as analyzing
business developments and monitoring market trends. Negotiate
Prices and terms of sales with new and existing customers. Engage
with all existing customers in assigned territory. Understand
Customers and prospect buying centers. Participate in all local and
regional bodies associated with relevant industry associations.
Examples include (but not limited to) Personal Care, Society of
Tribology and Lubricant Engineering, Cleaning Industry, Food, and
Pharma. Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or
trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or production
managers, to market products or services. Consult with the Sales
Manager and Business Managers to gain advice regarding the types of
products or services expected to be in demand. Using all sources
available identify prospects. Examples (but not limited to the
following) trade associations, output from marketing campaigns,
contacts at conferences, asking customers for leads and references
old customers. Contact all leads and understand their needs and
buying center and develop and close on new opportunities for Peter
Cremer. Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such
as selling strategies or marketing information; Answer customers'
questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.
Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications. Emphasize
product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on
technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
Diligently maintain accurate and current customer records, using
automated systems, including but not limited to CRM system. Prepare
sales contracts for orders obtained and submit orders for
processing. Select the correct products or assist customers in
making product selections, based on customers' needs, product
specifications, and applicable regulations. In your absence you are
responsible to ensure that the tasks assigned to the absentee is
adequately covered by them or trained personnel MPI does not

Business-related or STEM related discipline or equivalent
combination of experience and education. At least 2 to 3 years of
experience in a marketing or sales position. Must reside with
assigned geographic region. Territory could be located in the
following regions: Northeast Working knowledge of oleo chemical
products and chemical services, such as flaking and pastilles.
Travel for customer visits within the assigned territory 3 - 4 days
per week; up to 3-4 weeks per month. Strong ability to create
technical white papers and documentation. Experience working with
cosmetic, pharmaceutical, personal care, pet food, food, or related
entities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to
clearly articulate complex technical concepts. Self-motivated and
able to work independently to achieve sales goals. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs
effectively. Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic market
environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work
