We are quickly expanding our offerings to cities across the country and are looking for talented and ambitious people to embark on the journey with us!About the roleWe are looking for a Sales Manager to join our sales team. The sales team is critical to the business's success and is on the front lines, establishing relationships and bringing restaurants onto the platform. In the Sales Manager role, you'll work with the rest of the team to reach out to some of the best places to eat and help Seated expand across the country. You'll be responsible for managing, coaching, and mentoring other team members. We're looking for a curious, high-energy, creative person to help us grow. This role is more than a job; it's an opportunity for a career. What you'll doHelp shape our future sales strategy as we expand across the country. Coach, motivate, and mentor account executives that report directly to you and help them exceed their goals and reach their potential. Be data-driven and use a data-focused approach to improve our funnel metrics. Become an expert in our sales process and product to help to forecast goals and provide feedback to Sales Leadership.Build processes to test and implement a variety of selling strategies to improve how we communicate our value to prospective partners.Work closely with Sales Leadership to create and execute strategies, launch new markets, and launch new verticals.Lead the team to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.Assist in the recruiting, staffing, and training to grow and maintain a high performing sales team.What you'll bringYou're a true Sales Coach with experience mentoring and motivating sales teams. You're internally motivated - Seated is a startup, and you're expected to be able to get things done. You're flexible and adaptable.
