Summary:
This position will be responsible for distribution processes as
well as analysis that involve suppliers, manufacturers, and
internal customers. This role will also encompass distribution
management within logistics, including transportation, warehousing,
generate performance metrics, and monitor the flow of goods and
materials. Key Job Responsibilities:Conduct analysis in various
areas: Warehousing, customer service, and deploymentPrepare and
publish KPIs for Supply Chain and performance reportsMaintain
critical data elementsResponsible for overall product
accountability to include but not limited to: inventory
transactions, deployment of stock transfer movements, inventory
reconciliation, consumption, and conduct receipts in BUSS system
and/or Oracle.Develop strong working relationship and working
knowledge with supply chain internal/external customers and
suppliers (such as warehouses, carriers, sales leaders, logistics
groups, etc.)Assist and participate on project work and teams for
new product launches, system upgrades, and provide ad-hoc searches
upon requestManage disposition of damaged, expired, donated
finished goods and materials.Assist with the distribution of
communication up and down the supply chain on upcoming changes,
activities, plans, and ensure those with need-to-know acknowledge
receiptSchedule and perform data and inventory auditsResponsibility
to for special requests as neededAbility to learn through
development loops and support and assist cross functionally within
Supply Chain function during vacation and/or absenteeismKey

Position Requirements:Education and Work History:Bachelor's degree
or equivalent experience Min, 2-4 years of experience in a supply
chain role (Distribution Planning, Master Production, Materials
Planning, or Demand Planning)A combination of education, training
and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform
the work may be substituted.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,
and Word)Strong communication skills (oral and written)Strong
analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to
prioritize, multi-task and make quick decisions in an unstructured
