Inventory ControlCycle Counter. In this role you will be
responsible for reviewing inventory inquiries including mis-slots
and quality concerns, coordinating and helping to develop inventory
policies and procedures; as well as, supporting inventory projects
and programs to ensure accuracy and in compliance with service
levels.Some of what you will do:Track and maintain SOX compliance
relative to 3rd Party audit & Company standardsSchedules and
coordinates all physical inventories and cycle counts including
date checksPrepares physical inventory recaps on a timely basis for
distribution to managementReviews and develops inventory control
procedures as appropriateIdentifies and resolves all internal
shrink problemsMonitor warehouse outs including daily reports to
include: Daily Inventory Change, Negative Inventory, Daily
Inventory Evaluation, Building MW676 Tolerance Report, Display
MW676 Tolerance Report and other inventory related reports and take
any necessary corrective action in order to maintain high service
levelsMonitors quarterly parts and supply inventories to ensure
accuracyMaintains record retention program in compliance with
corporate guidelines and policiesPerform basic slotting functions
as neededResearches mis-slots and quality issues, verifies pick
slots and back stock verificationPerform duties in accordance with
Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Safe Quality
Food (SQF) policies and procedures, as appropriate for
locationPerforms other relevant job duties as requiredTo perform

following:Education/Certification:Capability of being licensed in
operating powered industrial equipmentExperience:Have an
understanding of procedures in other areas of the warehouse for a
more global understanding of all processes.Experience as a selector
or lift operator (strongly preferred)Knowledge:Understanding of
safety guidelinesUnderstanding of paperwork and reporting methods
related to tracking inventoryStrong knowledge of applicable
warehouse mgmt. system and RF systemStrong math, tabulation, and
reconciliation skillsSkills/Abilities:Ability to recognize and read
location codes, date codes and product codesStrong communication
skills; both written and oral applicationsStrong interpersonal
skills; must be motivated and take initiativeAbility to establish
and maintain effective working relationships with othersHere are
some of the physical aspects of the job and environment:You will
perform work in a refrigerated warehouse with temperatures ranging
from -20 degrees Fahrenheit to 55 degrees Fahrenheit, and a
non-refrigerated warehouse with temperatures that range from 40
degrees Fahrenheit to 90+ degrees Fahrenheit.Lift 100 pounds easily
throughout your shiftMust be able to twist, turn, reach over
shoulders, and stand/walk on a continual basisOperate an electric
pallet jack, manual pallet jack, and/or other misc.
equipmentStooping, squatting, walking, reaching, bending, twisting,
lifting, and reaching may be required in completion of job
dutiesUse repetitive motions using upper and lower extremities,
mount, and dismount equipment.You must always wear safety garments.
