You'll team upwith senior stakeholders to shape and deliver people strategies while making sure our New York office has a best-in-class environment where every Hueligan feels empowered, supported, and proud to work.

Thriving in a fast-paced setting, you'll bring drive, tenacity, and a passion for commercial outcomes, using your strong relationship-building skills to influence and lead key people initiatives such as Talent, Succession Planning, and Peak Performance Programmes to the highest standard. Here's an insight into your day-to-day:

Strategic People Partnering:

  • Partner with US leadership to develop and deliver actionable people roadmaps aligned to local business goals.
  • Lead key initiatives around organisational design, change management, and workforce planning.
  • Embed core People programs including Succession Planning, and Performance Cycles.
  • Leverage insights and data to influence strategic decisions and drive commercial impact.
  • Be a cultural ambassador, role modelling Huel's values and championing a high-performance, inclusive environment.Workspace Ownership:
    • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the New York office, meeting rooms, and shared areas.
    • Oversee vendor relationships, facilities upkeep, and office supplies, maintaining a clean, functional, and inspiring workspace.
    • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, including desk setup, welcome packs, and orientation spaces.
    • Lead health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with local standards.
    • Manage opening/closing routines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the workspace is always guest-ready.
    • Partner with global workspace leaders to ensure consistent workplace standards and share best practices.Events & Culture Activation:
      • Plan and execute in-office events to celebrate milestones and drive engagement.
      • Support cross-functional teams in coordinating team offsites, wellness activities, and celebrations.
      • Drive initiatives that boost collaboration, connection, and workplace pride across the US hub.What we're looking for in youThis role will bestsuita strategic thinker who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.You'll know how to balance high-level HR capability with operational excellence, and you'll bepassionate about people, performance, and the environment they work in.You will also have:
        • Proven experience in an HR business partner or generalist role, ideally in a high-growth, agile environment.
        • Experience managing or influencing workplace operations, ideally across physical office spaces.
        • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.
        • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
        • Passion for culture, people experience, and enabling high performance.
        • Confidence to manage ambiguity and challenge constructively.
        • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities - no task is too big or small.

A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $130,000per annum, depending on your skills and experience Hybrid working - We spend Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office together. The remaining two days have the option to be worked from home. 30 Paid Vacation Days PLUS Federal Holidays Free Huel to keep you going--- 2 weeks a year to work remotely from anywhere! One week in the Summer and one week at Christmas 401K Plan
