The firm's 1:1 partner-to-associate ratio ensures exceptional mentorship and professional development. RESPONSIBILITIES: Draft corporate litigation pleadings, motions, and briefs for complex matters Participate in proceedings before the Delaware Court of Chancery and other courts Analyze corporate governance documents and transaction structures Research complex legal issues in corporate law and governance Support all phases of litigation from initial filings through trial preparation Engage with clients under partner guidance QUALIFICATIONS: JD from a well-regarded law school (minimum 3.4 GPA) 3-6 years of corporate/commercial litigation experience at a reputable firm Strong writing and analytical skills Delaware bar admission or willingness to take the exam Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: The position offers market-leading compensation ($230k-$300k based on class year), substantial year-end bonuses, and an impressive benefits package featuring: 9.5% automatic employer 401k contribution (no match required) 4 weeks PTO Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage $1,500 annual parking stipend Relocation allowance Paid Delaware bar study period with one month off Interested in hearing more?
