Join our growing team in the Harrisburg office as a Family Law
Associate Attorney . We are a well-established, client-focused firm
seeking a motivated legal professional to support and grow our busy
family law practice. This is a full-time, in-office position
offering the opportunity to work closely with experienced
shareholders and associates on a wide variety of challenging and
rewarding cases. What You’ll Do: You’ll be an integral part of our
Family Law Practice Group, handling cases across the full spectrum
of family law. Responsibilities include: Advocating for clients in
matters involving divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, spousal
support, child custody, and adoption Drafting pleadings, motions,
briefs, settlement agreements, and other legal documents Preparing
for and representing clients in court appearances, hearings, and
trials Conducting legal research and managing discovery
Participating in case strategy development and resolution planning
Collaborating with clients and senior attorneys to provide timely,
compassionate, and solution-oriented legal services Supporting firm
marketing and business development initiatives What We’re Looking
For: We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented attorney who
is ready to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will
possess: A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school An active
license to practice law in Pennsylvania 1–4 years of experience in
family law, including trial experience at the Court of Common Pleas
and Superior Court levels Familiarity with Orphans’ Court and
Prothonotary’s Office procedures Strong legal research, writing,
and advocacy skills The ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment with multiple priorities A commitment to
professionalism, teamwork, and providing client-centered service
