Role Overview: The Infrastructure Delivery Installation Technician will drive network stability and sustainability while developing automated scaling solutions. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds - 2 years of Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, Data Center Operations, or Technical Project Management experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Can work in cramped spaces or in elevated locations while adhering to health & safety guidelines - Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure - Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system - Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies - Experience working in a data center environment (racking and stacking gear, cable management, hot/cold aisle containment) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $55,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $125,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
