Position Details:

• Job Title: Technical Writer - Quality Control & Analytical Development
• Location: Cranbury, NJ (100% Onsite)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Pay: $35-$40/hour (Based on Experience)
• Type: Contract-to-Hire Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Write, edit, and maintain SOPs, test methods, specifications, protocols, and analytical reports related to QC and Analytical Development
  • Develop and manage documentation such as method validation reports, stability study summaries, COAs, and deviation reports (OOS, CAPAs, change controls)
  • Ensure all documentation is consistent, clear, and complies with FDA, ICH, USP, EP, cGMP, and GLP guidelines
  • Support regulatory submissions and audit preparation, maintaining accurate version control and document tracking within electronic systems (e.g., ACE)
  • Collaborate with QC analysts, QA, AR&D teams, external labs, and other stakeholders to gather and validate technical content
  • Train QC staff on documentation best practices and support continuous improvement by identifying documentation gaps and recommending solutions Qualifications:
    
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field
    • 5-10 years of technical writing experience in the pharma/biotech industry, ideally within QC/Analytical Development
    • Strong understanding of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, Dissolution, PSD, etc.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic document management systems
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, regulated environment
