Location: Ephrata, PA (Onsite) Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Lead and resolve complex employee relations issues with discretion and consistency Coach and guide managers through performance management, documentation, and feedback Coordinate and improve processes related to goal-setting, reviews, and talent tracking Partner with L&D and Compensation on follow-up actions post-review cycles Ensure compliance with employment policies, procedures, and federal/state laws Analyze HR data and trends to recommend proactive solutions Act as a point of contact for escalated associate issues or process gaps Support general HR operations including onboarding, leave coordination, and benefits What you Offer 5–8 years of HR experience, including generalist and employee relations work Proven ability to support and advise leaders on people-related decisions Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering consistent follow-through Comfort navigating ambiguity, offering solutions, and driving change Experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and basic HR reporting What We Offer Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Earned Wage Access - flexible access to wages before payday Paid time off and holidays Flexible Spending Account - healthcare and dependent care Health Savings Account - high deductible medical plan Retirement 401(k) with employer match Company life insurance & voluntary life insurance Short-term and long-term disability Additional benefits include tuition reimbursement, wellness program, employee assistance program, Success Coach, and more!
