Our client, an industry leader in the Food and Beverage manufacturing sector, is seeking their next Human Resources Coordinator to join the team at their Saddle Brook, NJ location. They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to become a key member of their dynamic Human Resources team.About the Job:Support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and processing documentationAssist with recruitment efforts: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communicationHelp facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processesRespond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and benefitsAssist in organizing HR events and employee engagement initiativesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsMaintain HR databases, reports, and systems with accuracy and confidentialityAbout You:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldInternship or co-op experience in Human Resources or administrative support preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to handle confidential information with discretionOur client is seeking a professional capable of handling various Human Resources functions, including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance. This position is fully onsite, five days a week, at their Saddle Brook, NJ location. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering up to $25 per hour, based on experience. If hired permanently, the position offers a salary of up to $55,000 per year.
