Join as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is required. Demonstrated ability evaluating and treating adults with post-acute and chronic conditions, including mobility and functional restoration. Experience with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs and Medicare/Medicaid regulatory requirements. Ability to work independently and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams. Preferred: prior travel PT experience and proficiency with restorative nursing programs. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 08:30–16:30. Scheduled as 5x8 with a 30-minute meal break. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week; scheduled 40 hours. Assignment duration: 13 weeks.
