Job Description GHR Healthcare - PH Division is seeking a travel
nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Princeton, New
Jersey. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health -

hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel
Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health (North Princeton, NJ) Start
Date: March 23, 2026 Pay: $65 per hour (Paid hourly, not per visit)
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30
PM 1 weekend every 4 weeks Location: North Princeton, NJ (Must live
nearby) Travel: Driving required throughout the assignment Key
Responsibilities - Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the
home setting - Perform clinical assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Complete OASIS documentation accurately and within required
timeframes - Conduct 5–6 patient visits per day - Educate patients
and caregivers on treatment plans and disease management - Maintain
accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR - Communicate
changes in patient condition promptly - Participate in case
conferences and interdisciplinary planning - Travel locally to
patient homes throughout the North Princeton area Required
Qualifications - Active New Jersey RN license (Required) - 2 years
of Home Health experience - Recent OASIS experience (must be in the
most recent role) - Proven ability to manage high?volume Home
Health caseloads - Must live close to North Princeton, NJ for daily
travel - Reliable transportation and ability to drive throughout
the assignment - Strong organizational, documentation, and
assessment skills Schedule & Expectations - Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30
PM - Start Date: 3/23/2026 - 13?week contract - 1 weekend every 4
weeks - Expect a 5–6 visit per day workload with significant
documentation Compensation - $65 per hour - Paid hourly, not per
visit - Weekly pay structure Must have: 2 years of recent Home
Health experience. Recent OASIS experience. This role does not
