Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a per diem Occupational
Therapy (OT) position to join our team of skilled therapists in a

their independence. Responsibilities Include: - Evaluate residents’
conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans -
Relieve resident’s pain using exercises, hands-on therapy &
stretching - Help residents through their tasks and monitor their
performance - Supervise the activities of physical therapy
assistants - Maintain resident confidence & protects facility by
keeping information confidential - Complies with federal, state,
and local legal and professional requirements - Maintains a
cooperative relationship among healthcare team members &
contributes to team effort PT Requirements Include - Graduate of an
accredited Occupational Therapy Program - Current New York State OT
