Inpatient Mental Health - Contract Length: 13 weeks - Start Date:
March 30, 2026 - Schedule: 3 x 12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15
AM) - Hours per Week: 36 - Holiday & Weekend Requirements: Every
other holiday & weekend required - Employment Type: Local, W2 -
Hourly Pay Rate: $77.19 - Estimated Weekly Salary: $1860-$1960
Required Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in
Pennsylvania (PA) - Minimum 1 year of psychiatric or behavioral
health nursing experience (inpatient preferred) - BLS certification
(American Heart Association preferred) - Strong communication,
de-escalation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work every
other weekend and holiday as scheduled Preferred Qualifications
(Helpful) - Experience with crisis intervention, safety planning,
and behavioral interventions - PMHN, CPN, or other psychiatric
nursing certification - Previous work in Lehigh Valley or Allentown
healthcare settings Key Responsibilities - Provide direct
psychiatric nursing care to adults/adolescents in an inpatient
behavioral health unit - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
individualized mental health care plans - Administer psychotropic
and PRN medications, monitor patient responses, and document
effects - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (psychiatrists,
social workers, therapists) for comprehensive care - Maintain
accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
(HIPAA) - Support patients and families through education,
discharge planning, and crisis intervention We are actively
