in a supportive environment. Participate in learning experiences
across multiple units to understand diverse nursing functions and
responsibilities. Administer medication and treatments to patients
under the supervision of experienced nurses. Collaborate with the
healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
plans. Partake in patient assessments and assist in the collection
of health data. Receive direct mentorship from senior nurses to
understand the nuances and demands of the nursing field. Strong
