Evaluate patients’ condition and medical records to determine their physical therapy treatment requirements Design personalized treatment plans that align with patient-specific needs and goals Execute hands-on therapy sessions with patients, monitoring their progress and modifying treatments as necessary Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, post-therapy care and wellness management Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive care delivery Document and report on therapy outcomes and patient progress in our electronic medical records system Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in compliance with healthcare laws and facility policies Proven ability to design and implement physical therapy treatment plans Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively educate and engage patients and families Expertise in using therapeutic equipment and technology Capacity to handle private information with discretion and professionalism Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Physical Therapy license as required by state CPR certified preferred Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is advantageous
