Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical
Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals in providing
exceptional rehabilitation services. In this role, you will be
instrumental in helping patients recover, enhancing their health,
and improving their quality of life. Our focus is on high-quality,
personalized therapy programs designed to tackle a wide range of
physical conditions. As a Physical Therapist with Encompass Health,

patient conditions by conducting physical tests and evaluations to
determine the most appropriate therapy treatment. Develop tailored
treatment plans based on patient assessments and medical history.
Implement physiotherapy treatments, exercises, and interventions
using a variety of techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and their families on recovery techniques,
long-term care strategies, and pain management. Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to plan post-discharge home care and
rehabilitation regimes. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply
with all federal and state laws and regulations concerning
healthcare. Strong knowledge of physiotherapy principles and
practices Proven ability to develop and follow through on effective
treatment plans Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Capability to handle sensitive information discreetly Adaptability
to work with a diverse patient population Proficiency in using
physical therapy equipment and tools Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must have a valid state license to
practice as a Physical Therapist CPR and BLS certification
preferred
