Job Description:

services, is seeking a dedicated Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to
join our team. This role is pivotal in providing top-notch dialysis
treatment at our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, ensuring
compassionate, professional delivery of dialysis to patients with
renal failure. As part of Encompass Health, you will be supporting
our mission to deliver high-quality, cost-effective healthcare in
the communities we serve. Perform initial patient assessments and
develop individualized care plans. Operate dialysis machines and
monitor patient response to treatment. Administer medications as
prescribed and monitor potential side effects. Coordinate with
multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient care. Educate
patients and their families about disease management and treatment
adherence. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards to
maintain a safe therapy environment. Proficiency in operating
dialysis machines Strong patient assessment skills Ability to
manage and administer medications Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Critical thinking and problem-solving
abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice BLS
certification Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or
Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred
