Job Description:
About the Opportunity We are seeking a General Cardiologist
(Non-Invasive) to join our Inpatient Teaching Service. This is a
part-time opportunity designed to provide high-quality consultative
care while supporting our teaching environment. Responsibilities
Provide consultative cardiology services only Manage an average
census of 12 patients. Participate in patient rounding on Saturdays
and Sundays. On-call coverage once per week (Friday, Saturday, or
Sunday) from 5 PM to the next morning: Phone availability within 30
minutes. No in-hospital call required. Collaborate with the
inpatient teaching team to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology. New
Jersey medical license preferred: IMLC candidates considered. NJ
license achievable within 1-2 weeks. Ability to start as soon as
possible, ideally by the new year. Strong communication skills and
commitment to patient-centered care.
