their health Primary Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive
patient assessments and obtain medical histories - Perform physical
examinations and diagnostic tests - Assist in surgical procedures
and manage post-operative care - Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans - Educate patients and their
families on urological health and treatment options - Collaborate
with medical staff to ensure continuity of care - Maintain accurate
and detailed patient records in compliance with regulations -
Flexibility to work in Middletown, NY – splitting time each day
between hospital and clinic - Schedule is 5 days, 8-hour shifts

an Accredited Physician Assistant program - Unrestricted Physician
Assistant licensure in the state of New York or has New York
application in process - National Board Certification - Active and
unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
Preferred Qualifications: - Graduate of a Master’s level program -
First Assist experience The salary range for this role is $110,000
to $166,500 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to local labor markets,
education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group
