Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, evenings Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Radiology Technologist for a contract assignment at Prestigious Hospital in Morristown, NJ. Job Function: Day Shift. 5x8: 11am - 7pm. Position patients and adjust equipment to obtain images as requested by the physician. Set up, operate, and maintain imaging equipment according to established policies and procedures. Explain imaging procedures clearly and professionally to patients. Maintain all equipment, ensuring proper safety, functionality, and patient comfort during procedures. Job Requirements: 1 year of experience as a General Radiology Technologist required. Proficient in operating a variety of imaging equipment, including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and proper maintenance. Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. ARRT certification required. BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
