Title: Registered Nurse Pay: $40-$45 Shift Schedule: Days and
Nights Available Location: Jersey Shore, PA Job Description: Under
the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical
Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving
positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Provide
patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing
practice and the written plank of care, as well as physician’s
treatment plan. Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care
(POC) Monitor resident’s conditions and report accordingly.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

approved school of nursing Registered Nurse licensure by the State
Board of Nursing CPR/BLS Certification is required Experience in
