serve. Join Us as a Director of Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) Training
The Director of Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) Training is responsible
for designing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding and
continued education program for Clinical Supervisors. This role
ensures supervisors are equipped with the tools, resources, and
support needed to effectively execute both foundational
responsibilities and new clinical initiatives. In partnership with
cross-functional teams, the Director will also develop and oversee
organization-wide systems to monitor supervisor competency,
accountability, and support the creation of performance improvement
plans. This includes identifying training needs, creating, and
delivering impactful content and evaluating training effectiveness
through data-driven metrics. The Director reports to the Senior
Director of Clinical Training & Development and collaborates
closely with clinical operations and key organizational
stakeholders . What You'll Do: Design and implement a robust
onboarding program that equips newly hired BCBAs with the clinical
and administrative skills necessary for success, inclusive of
organization specific systems, workflows, documentation standards
and expectations across departments. Design and deliver engaging,
skill-based training content for new and existing BCBAs . Develops
comprehensive training and instructional resources that aligns with
Children’s Specialized ABA clinical standards & clinical policies.
Update training content regularly to reflect changes in the
clinical guidelines, organizational processes, and regulatory
requirements. Implement and oversee systems to assess the
effectiveness and fidelity of the organization’s BCBA Clinical
Onboarding program, inclusive of social validity measures. Collect
and analyze feedback regarding clinical training programs to drive
ongoing program improvement . Create and implement a quarterly BCBA
Competency Monitoring Tool that evaluates performance against
clearly defined job expectations. Create processes to utilize
competency data to identify trends, recognize high performers and
proactively support those in need of additional training or
mentorship . Build and scale a mentorship program for newly
certified BCBAs. Partners with regional leadership to ensure the
efficacy of clinical training programs have been adapted to meet
the clinical standards and needs of that region . Remain up to date
with latest trends, research, and best practices in Applied
Behavior Analysis, as well as in leadership, learning and
organizational development . Verbal & Written Communication Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to create engaging,
well-structured presentations & training materials. Solid working
knowledge of other Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to
manage documentation, data analysis and communication. Excellent
leadership, communication & problem -solving skills . Capable of
motivating and guiding team members to meet training objectives and
organizational goals. Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining
high-quality output. Strong coaching & mentoring skills . Skilled
in providing clear, actionable feedback to help individuals improve
performance . Expertise in delivering engaging presentations that
encourage participation & engagement. What You'll Need Master’s
degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field Board
Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB. 3 years
of experience working in the ABA field . Experience with delivering
engaging content. Experience with maintaining and updating course
materials within an LMS, tracking progress & generating reports on
training completion & engagement. Work Location & Hours: This is a
hybrid role out of the states MD, NJ and NC. Willing to travel to
MD, NJ and NC for Quarterly Training. Core work hours are M-F
8:30am - 5:00pm. The position offers a dynamic and engaging work
environment, with opportunities to collaborate in our offices,
visit clinics and partner with locations, and attend Quarterly
Training. We also support flexibility, allowing remote work when

more. Compensation The expected salary range for this role is
$80,000–$95,000 per year, and the position is bonus eligible. Final
compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your
skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions,
