Reporting all issues and concerns to the clinical department immediately. Completes documentation accurately and submits timely to agency Provides the highest quality care in accordance with DOH regulations Qualifications Graduate of approved school of nursing Current NYS RN license in good standing 1 year of home health nursing experience (preferred) Able to function independently with minimum supervision Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills Ability to thrive independently and autonamously in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting as well as in patients homes Interested in hearing more?
