Job Description:
A qualified nurse independently provides routine and complex
patient care in a clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all
relevant factors.
Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning,
intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social
needs, administering medications and treatments per protocol.
Documents patient information accurately and educates patients and
families.
Meets competency standards in patient safety, unit operations, and
healthcare regulations.
Ensures proper use of medical equipment, processes medical orders,
and interprets patient charts.
Supports patient throughput, safety, quality care, and regulatory
compliance.
Requires BSN preferred, RN licensure, BLS, and 1 year of related
experience; work schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time.
