WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a local contract nursing job in Manahawkin, New Jersey.Job Description & Requirements

• Employment Type: Local ContractWCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Labor and Delivery Nurse for a contract assignment at a prestigious hospital in Manahawkin, NJ.Job Function: -
  
  • Night Shift.
    
  • 7pm - 7:30am.
    
  • Applies and interprets external fetal monitors, adjusting care based on fetal heart rate and maternal status.
    
    
  • Identifies and responds to emergency situations appropriately.
    
    
  • Administers medications following safety protocols and provider orders.
    
    
  • Screens and reassesses patients for pain as per clinical guidelines.
    
    
  • Assists physicians or midwives during deliveries.
    
    
    Job Requirements:
    
    • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or holder of a BSN.
      
      
    • Active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
      
      
    • -2 years of acute care experience in Labor & Delivery.
      
      
    • BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association.
      
      
    • Fetal Monitoring Certification preferred.
