Are you a board-certified nurse practitioner looking to earn a competitive wage while conducting in-home health evaluations? Signify Health, part of CVS Health -, is seeking PRN nurse practitioners to perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members.

• Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and well-being
• Earn up to $2,500 to $4,000 weekly with the possibility of increased rates
• Flexible shifts available Monday - Sunday, no nights or weekends required
• Short-Term or Long-Term basis
• Pre-scheduled in-home visits with members
• Airfare, hotel, and rental car available depending on eligibility
• Malpractice coverage provided
• Availability Incentives offered
• Independent Contractor, 1099 status As an NP contractor, you will conduct medication and medical history reviews and physical evaluations in a member's home.
