Description


Position Summary: - - Provides physical therapy treatment to patients with physical dysfunctions. - Educates patient, family, and staff on role of physical therapy. - Communicates with physicians and ancillary staff regarding patient care. - -
Experience: - 1-3 years of physical therapy experience, preferably some in acute care.
Education: - Minimum of a Bachelor---s Degree in Physical Therapy.
Required License / Credentials: Physical Therapist licensed by the state of New Jersey; CPR certified.
Other Required Skills: - Experience in hospital or acute care setting. - Excellent interpersonal skills.
Contact With Others: - Regular internal and/or external contacts involving considerable tact, discretion, and persuasion in order to obtain information and/or willing action or consent where it would be otherwise difficult to obtain.
Supervision Given: - Part time supervision over a small group of employees. - Most of the time spent performing the same or similar work as members of the group.
Supervision Received: Performs duties independently, following established procedures and reporting periodically to immediate supervisor.
Bi-Weekly Hours: - part-time 48
Work Schedule: -Tues - Sat
