Overview:Site Physician$125/hrAre you passionate about making a

a pivotal role in delivering medical services that align with the
highest community standards of care. Oversee and supervise all
clinical services at the site, ensuring a seamless and effective
healthcare environment.The site physician is responsible for
clinical matters, fostering collaboration with medical providers
outside the system. Your expertise will extend to providing
valuable 'on-call' services, reinforcing our commitment to

more!Employee assistance programResponsibilities:Conduct timely
examinations of patients, oversee on-site chronic clinics, and
coordinate care with community medical providers.Act as primary
care physician, supervising professional and paraprofessional
staff.Provide on-site emergency treatment and respond to urgent
situations.Maintain CPR certification and uphold security
regulations.Notify the Administrator of coverage changes and
facilitate medical service coverage.Chair the Medical Audit
Committee and approve clinical protocols.Lead the on-site quality
assurance program, including infection control and inmate complaint
resolution.Represent the health care program in discussions with
civic groups and officials.Oversees non-formulary medication
utilization at the facility.Addresses administrative/medical issues
and assist in provider evaluations.Qualifications:Must possess a
degree in medicine (M.D./D.O.) from an accredited medical
school.Must be licensed to perform medicine and must be CDS
certified.Experience working with youth in a correctional facility
is a plus. The physical demands described here are representative
