High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Prior Assistant Manager experience in retail, sales, or customer service. Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate high-performing teams. Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with shifting priorities. Tech-savvy and passionate about mobile devices, plans, and innovations.
