We are seeking a book industry sales professional with proven
experience managing sales teams and driving significant revenue
growth to take on the exciting new role of Director of Sales
Strategy. This position is responsible for developing and executing
innovative and customized sales plans that will yield impactful
results for all sales channels. In addition, the Director needs to
be a motivating leader who will take ownership of the targets by
executing strategy and managing team performance. Our ideal
candidate exercises a growth mindset and can adapt and adjust to
market changes.
This position can be hybrid in Naperville, IL or NYC, or fully
remote in the following states ONLY: AZ, CT, LA, MA, MD, MN, NJ,
NY, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA, AND WI.
This is an exempt, salaried position with an annual salary between
$125,000 - $150,000 for the Chicagoland area. We determine starting
pay based on a thorough evaluation of job-related factors,
including geographic location, market conditions, relevant
experience, training, and education. This process ensures a fair
and competitive salary that aligns with both the company and the
candidate's qualifications.
