Job description Brief Job Description The Restaurant Manager
will operate under the supervision of the Eagle Oaks Executive
Team, directly reporting to the Clubhouse Manger. Eagle Oaks has a
single owner and operates under the President & Chief Operating
Officer philosophy employing several Directors to facilitate its
operations. The Restaurant Manager will also be expected to operate
with the same superior level of professional, prompt, and highly
personal service its guests have come to expect over the years. The
highest quality food and beverage standards shall be upheld. They
are expected to lead the front of house operations that not only
continues these standards but also enhances them while delivering
world-class service. The position is best suited to a leader who
truly enjoys being highly engaged and interactive with guests
working respectfully in partnership with all staff. The restaurant
conducts business guided by a set of established Service Standards
that are the foundation of the dining experience. Focusing first
and foremost on the guest, these standards drive the day to day
operations. These standards also include the highest possible food
quality, preparation, presentation, and table service in an
immaculately clean dining room. The Restaurant Manager will be
responsible for upholding these standards, every day, with every

dining venues and attend all member events. Candidate
Qualifications A minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager
/ Senior Manager at a high-end facility, preferably with minimum
sales of $2m. Past country club experience a plus A strong
motivator who brings out the best in others by setting clear goals
and expectations, holding managers and staff members accountable
for desired outcomes, and providing consistent feedback and support
through respectful interaction and professionalism. Strong
background in fine dining service training programs. A natural
leader with verifiable success attracting, developing, and leading
a strong professional team. The ability to adapt and positively
contribute to changing and evolving circumstances. A high energy
professional with proven experience working in a fast-paced, high
volume, high-end food & beverage setting. A proven understanding of
quality in all aspects of the operation as well as demonstratable
success in leading food & beverage operations to continued
relevancy and evolving guest demographics. An organizationally
focused professional who recognizes and attends to details with
consistency and provides delivery of a high level of results.
Naturally outgoing, conversant, respectful, and diplomatic in
matters of guest service and the handling of staff issues. Strong
understanding and track record of implementing and maintaining a
high-end bar program. The ability to work closely with other
departments, as necessary. Superior communication skills. Reports
