Job Description:
The Registered Nurse coordinates and provides patient care
tailored to the specific age group, ensuring safety, quality, and
efficiency in line with unit standards.
Must graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold a current
RN license in New Mexico or a Compact state.
BLS certification required within 2 weeks of hire; other
certifications within 6 months.
Demonstrates current clinical knowledge, effective communication,
and respect for patients-------- rights.
Responsible to the Patient Care Director or Manager.
Works in a clean, well-lit environment, with flexible hours, and
may face stressful situations and emergencies.
Physically capable of handling emergency situations, prolonged
standing/walking, repositioning patients, and performing fine motor
tasks.
