Manager of Strategic Business Planning will support the Director of
Strategic Business Planning in the development and design of the
Value Chain Network Footprint for specific, and assigned,
commercial categories (Bread, Buns and Rolls, Sweet Baked Goods,
Breakfast, Salty Snacks, and/or Innovation) that will enable BBU's
future growth strategy. They will work across key functions (brand
marketing, innovation, R&D, finance, manufacturing,
distribution, sales) to build key stakeholder alignment and gain
senior leadership approval of future supply chain and manufacturing
strategy for the assigned categories.Success will be measured by
the identification, approval and implementation of the 3-5-10+ year
plans that will deliver the optimal Value Chain Network Footprint.
Key Job Responsibilities:Translate specific commercial category
strategic business plans into actionable, quantifiable, and
measurable supply chain actions and enablersIdentify critical
supply chain opportunities and risks, inclusive of our
manufacturing, distribution, and sales networks (with role focus on
manufacturing)Validate existing and future commercial brand
category key priorities and growth assumptionsArticulate the
strategic business planning vision and scope of work to relevant
stakeholders, including senior- and executive-level managementApply
analytics and structure plans to solve complex problems; analyze
findings to develop insights and recommendations for senior
managementCoordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure
execution of initiatives; engage and collaborate with individuals
at all levels and across functional and geographic areasManage
projects and resources over discrete time periods with minimal
interventionLeverage technical, analytical, interpersonal, and
management skills to implement projects across the
organizationImpact company profit and loss through measurable
supply chain logistics projectsAssure associates engaged in or
affected by strategy projects possess the operational capabilities

planning) in the food sales or relevant responsibilities in
comparable industryDemonstrated problem solving and strategic
development ability, including strong conceptual and analytical
skills and ability to turn findings into executable plansExcellent
presentation and written/oral communication skills, as well as the
ability to effectively negotiate and influence othersStrong
organizational, analytical, and planning skillsComputer skills and
proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and WordOccasional
