Job Description:

The Director of Quality and Safety will act as the primary personf or comprehensive quality assurance, ensuring compliance with operating conditions, HAACP, Safety, Food Safety, cGMP and packaging procedures. This peron will cotrol and analyze QA and QC data, conduct customer QA analysis and manage essential quality processes. • Lead safety programs and manage the end-to-end customer complaint process.
  • Oversee Quality Teams (HACCP, Internal Audit, SQF, EH&S) and coordinate the environmental program.
    • Handle defect classification and recommend product disposition on non-compliance reports.
      • Supervise plant sanitation, pest control programs, and ensure precise product routing.
        • Execute supervisory and QA procedures, serving as the vital link between the plants and regulatory agencies.
          • Manage audits, facilitate employee training, maintain SOPs and SSOPs, and provide effective oversight of Quality Operations for the company. Profile
            • Bachelors degree in a related field
            • 5-10 years of experience
            • Food and Beverage background
            • In-depth knowledge of SQF, HAACP, cGMP, PCQI and ISO and regulatory requirements
