Job Description:
Constellation, a leading energy company, is seeking a Manager
Engineering to lead our Engineering & Maintenance department. This
role is pivotal in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our
energy solutions, including power, natural gas, renewable energy,
and energy management services. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for overseeing engineering projects, optimizing
sustainable practices, and leading a team of skilled engineers to
achieve the company's strategic goals while upholding the highest
standards of safety and compliance. Manage and supervise
engineering and maintenance projects across multiple locations.
Develop and implement strategies for the maintenance and
reliability of utility systems. Ensure compliance with all federal,
state, and local regulations and company policies. Work closely
with other department heads to align engineering practices with
corporate objectives. Oversee budgeting, planning, and execution of
projects. Promote innovative solutions to improve operational
efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Lead, mentor, and develop a team
of engineers and maintenance staff. Profound knowledge of utility
systems and energy management. Strong leadership and personnel
management skills. Excellent project management and decision-making
abilities. Ability to analyze complex data and provide sustainable
solutions. Proficient with industry-standard engineering software.
Strong communication and organizational skills. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE)
license preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification is a plus.
