This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage complex engineering projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning and design, through to execution and completion. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and the ability to manage resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met. Ensure all project activities adhere to safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Oversee project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and financial targets are met. Prepare and present monthly project reports to senior management, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure project objectives are met. Manage project resources, including equipment and materials, to ensure efficient and effective use. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to manage these effectively. Foster a positive and collaborative project environment, promoting open communication and team engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the engineering industry. Proven track record of managing and delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Proficient in project scheduling and resource management. Excellent understanding of engineering principles and practices. Strong financial acumen, with experience in project costing and budgeting. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members. Proficient in the use of project management software. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage project risks effectively.
