Job Description:

Responsibilities: Provide multimedia environmental compliance support (NPDES, SPCC, RCRA). Ensure that all control, monitoring, record keeping, and reporting requirements are met. Oversee contractors and maintain good working relationships within the facility (operations, maintenance, etc.) and with outside organizations (regulatory agencies, professional organizations, etc.). Prepare, submit, and maintain proper recordkeeping for required compliance reports. Work with other facility departments on obtaining compliance information when required. Manage and track budgets and expenditures. Part of the facility's rotational on-call team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering or Science is required; a B.S. in Chemical Engineering is preferred. Five years of relevant environmental, chemical, petrochemical or refining industry experience is preferred. US DOT HAZMAT Shipping and RCRA experience/training is preferred.
