Description: Colonial Intermediate Unit 20 is seeking a passionate and experienced Educational Consultant to support schools designated for Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI). This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of school improvement initiatives and to work closely with school leaders to create sustainable change. What You’ll Do As an Educational Consultant, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to schools in the CIU 20 region. You will: Provide technical assistance and expertise in evidence-based practices to support continuous improvement efforts. Guide school-based teams through self-assessment, data analysis, and root cause analysis. Collaborate with regional teams to develop, implement, and adjust school improvement plans. Attend virtual and in-person statewide meetings. Perform related duties as assigned within the scope of school improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Active, valid PA Instructional II, Educational Specialist, or Administrative Certification. Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Suite. Preferred Experience Prior experience as a school administrator and/or K-12 educational consultant. Proven success implementing evidence-based practices in educational settings. Skilled in school improvement and capacity-building strategies. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation). Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Why Join Us?
